Its an interesting one It was clearly not the best driving from the car in front. But she had been indicating for a long time. Most of the fault for me was with the injured driver - he was going far far too fast and paid no attention whatsoever to what was happening ahead of him until it was far too late. You need to be able to stop if a car ahead of you slows to turn. He couldn't and didnt. Then he swerved too suddenly - but he doesn't even seem to have tried to brake first. Also something very weird with the lane markings - it looks like there is a lane to pull into this side of the bollard. It was not great driving from the woman. Clearly she got herself in the wrong lane and left it too tight to move lanes and then make the turn as well - but I do feel a bit sorry for her here. She was indicating well out and tried to pull into what looked like a left turn lane. If the guy hadn't been driving too fast or had slowed down as you should when someone ahead slows to make a left turn then no accident would have happened.
