If we could treat Monetary Value Complacency Syndrome then we would not have a problem with balancing government spending. MVCS is my own term for those who do not recognise the value of tax payers money and therefore spend it without care and due diligence.

@andykings101 @JuliaHB1 @Angiemut It's essential that @KemiBadenoch, at next PMQs, states clearly at first question that he misled the House. Challenge Speaker to stop her saying it, force Starmer to engage, force a forensic discussion. His time is up and Kemi must topple him if he hasn't quit by next Wednesday

Just to be clear... Lord Mandelson, a proven liar, failed security vetting to be the UK's most senior diplomat trusted with vital state and security secrets - but no one at the Foreign Office bothered to tell the PM or anyone else at Number 10 about it. Do they seriously expect us to believe this claptrap? Just how dumb do they think we are?! The Prime Minister is either a liar or a fool. Either way, he has to resign.

@robertlufkinmd Probably consuming less calories than on standard diet so not necessarily keto is the cause of the effect. Ie you could get same effect on standard diet with same calories. Also if you weight train I found keto is far from ideal.

CT scan before and after keto diet in the same patient. What differences do you notice? What happened to the visceral fat?

Haha let’s all laugh at @RishiSunak You couldn’t have been more wrong about this if you tired. You told us our tax would rise by £2,000. You were wrong. You were like 100% off target with this one. Reports today suggest @RachelReevesMP policy have led to a raise of £4,000 per household; telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/…

🚨 NEW: Keir Starmer receives a round of applause after he details which taxes he will raise Rishi Sunak replies that there are "£2,000 tax raises" for everyone if Labour wins Starmer says Sunak is talking "nonsense" #ITVDebates

@CamillaTominey Starmer shows lack of due diligence in my opinion. He should have known the result of the vetting before offering Mendelson the role. It shows how trivial he thinks it was if he didn't even check. How many other important things does he trivialise like this I wonder?

@KemiBadenoch @StevenJonMiller Definitely agree. In all honesty who gives someone such an important role without even making sure he passed the most important hurdle of vetting. This is gross incompetence in my opinion and shows he doesn't show due diligence. What else does he treat with such triviality?

The Prime Minister appointed Peter Mandelson before the vetting had been completed, vetting Mandelson failed. Starmer then said full due process was followed. THAT is misleading Parliament. I'm only holding him to the same standards to which he’s held previous Prime Ministers - that if they mislead parliament, they should resign. In these dangerous times, Britain cannot afford to have a Prime Minister who the country doesn't trust. Starmer has betrayed our national security. He should go.

We just wrapped Day 3 of the Spring Water Fasting Challenge. Hundreds of you joined in. Now I'm curious -- what's your longest water fast ever? No judgment on any answer.

All my life I've pondered on why God allows innocent children to die. I then realised that God allows free will to all humans and God does not intervene in anything on earth. If God did earth would be like heaven. It isn't. It is a place for humans to become enlightened.

@Askwhyisit I believe if you ask a scientist and if that scientist also believes in God then you get a much clearer understanding of whether God exists. To dismiss God with no understanding of science is like wiring your house and no understanding of electricity.

Keir Starmer has no credible plan to fund our armed forces. Even the authors of his own defence review can see it. Why can’t he?
