Even if you believe that he didn't personally use the system, you cannot honestly tell me he wasn't aware that others were and didn't do a damn thing about it. Arrighetti, Alexander, France & Gordon are in Sugar Land. IMO 2 starts isn’t enough of a sample size, but the leash shouldn’t be too long.
