@EE what a joke your iPhone launch is………..long and loyal customer , placed an order by 13:30 yesterday , got an email saying I needed to call you to complete some details. Waited on the phone for over an hour and was then cut off. Tried multiple times later and gave up until today, all the time thinking I had a device. Today I am told my order doesn’t exist and I had to place a new order which will ship in the next 21 days. Not sure why you send people to the website because clearly it can’t be trusted ……

@virginmedia I received an Amal about service issues whilst on holiday. Then I received a large credit to my account. I signed up to a new contract, the credit disappeared. You then took money from my account without issuing a bill . I spoke to you and revoked the direct debit. Now I owe you
