A big shoutout to my PI Jeff Morin and the conference organizers for the chance to present in the QOMSBOC, aka the hottest place to talk photochemistry 🙃🙃while the world outside turns into Narnia. 🔬🧊. The picture I am posting here is after my presentation. 2/2
Presented my work at QOMSBOC this morning and it was SNOWING so intensely that I’m 90% sure nature was trying to peerreview my experiment. ❄️😂 But singlet oxygen? Still reacting. Unbothered. Unfrozen. Truly the Beyoncé of reactive oxygen species. 😄✨
Huge thanks to my PI…1/2
What a wonderful day it was #CQMFQCAM presented my research related to singlet oxygen sensor & met amazing minds! 🤯
Saw cutting-edge materials work & soaked up inspiration. What a ride! 🚀
Grateful to all involved. Now ready for #QOMSBOC#Research#Science#Morinchem.com
Discovery of polar organic cocrystals by machine learning and automated screening—The rare occurrence of polar organic cocrystals makes their discovery complex and challenging. Recently, Liu, Chen, Zhu, Jiang, et al. reported a data-driven method in @J_A_C_S that combines machine learning with high-throughput automation to accelerate the discovery of polar organic cocrystals. By utilizing machine learning techniques, the researchers identified key factors that influence the formation of polar cocrystals, enabling them to select molecular candidates more effectively. Great content for his Emanuel Vogel Lecture on Dec 2 in Köln @ChemUniCologne
Now published in Chem. Sci., 15 years of chemistry distilled down to 22 pages – quite possibly my group's magnum opus. Great job by Efrain, Gabby & Josh! Thanks to @Aromaticist, @JudyWuChem, Juan Casado, Carlos Gomez-Garcia and myriad other collaborators.
