Swedish friends introduced me to “Gissa Platsen” which, exactly as it sounds, requires you to guess the place where you’ve been dropped on Google Earth. I’m sure I could find an English version, but there is something oddly validating about unintelligible “good job”s

@startupecon @ycombinator Super interesting read. Not sure the optimal fix to Google’s hoard of ad/click data is wider (and free?!) distribution of user data that arguably no one knowingly consented to the collection of in the first place… maybe Laura’s work should inform proposed remedies here

Do you ever just really love a previous self? Past Neroli who stocked my office with a bag of pistachios and almond dark chocolate was obviously genius. #realheroescarrysnacks

Sunday afternoons at the office are the best. No one is around, life is (ideally?!) sorted for the coming week, and you can finally indulge in research happy time - accompanied by peak-nostalgia mid-2000s indie and periodic dance breaks

I just really love the law. Currently writing (while teaching… the joys!) my real estate finance course. I keep on rabbit-holing into these amazing cases: was the lease frustrated by lockdowns? Was a loan without an interest rate nothing more than an agreement to agree?

Still keeping up with the Blackstones... Is there an ironic love heart emoji?
