@Barclaycard hi why have you changed your app to make payment harder- now i just get a pay with new card option so have to enter details everytime- doesnt make any sense

@AvantiWestCoast Yes but youve just told me if i cancelled and rebooked it costs a fiver but changing it costs 10 - not communicated

@anfieldjon As is the outward date of travel? If so, that will require a change of journey as an Off-Peak return's outward leg is only valid on that one day of travel - Mike

@anfieldjon With an open return ticket, it should be £5 to claim a refund and then rebook your ticket for the new service you need - Mike

Me mate took this photo at 15.03. A minute later Ekitike scored which caused frustrations. He got in around 15.10. This shows how the 100% checks currently arent work. People are getting there early but still not fast enough and causing delays. @LFC @LFCHelp @spiritofshankly
