I started writing out my weekly menu and just letting my husband picks what he wants from the list for that day. There’s no confusion, we’re slowly eliminating going out to eat and we’re rotating and trying new meals consistently.

Sometimes you have to put all your energy in that 1 goal/task to get to the next step.
