You need a marketing agency fr fr. Issue a different IP to the emails that serve the most emails. Warming up an email means sending fewer emails to people that actually open their email. Domain authentication takes place with the domain host. These are specific settings to green light your email to email providers. Adding too many pictures or event details is a way to end up in spam too. Very specific rules which require work on a couple different fronts. I’m not an expensive big agency but can help for a fee.

Im in real estate in Latam. About your question, those are different tools. Claude Max $200 plan gives you “unlimited” Opus 4.6 model usage which is the real State of The Art Model right now. The level of intelligence is incredible. It can do autonomous work via Cowork or be used in OpenClaw, to become you assistant. Will do complex apps or systems for your day to day work. While Perplexity with their new Computer and $200 plan offers a council of LLMs mode, which combines a unique edge because it makes the same question to different models so you get better answers and perspectives. Regarding their computer use tool, seems to be great but have in mind the tokens will be more expensive as they use the same Anthropic Models but via API which is more expensive. The real difference is that Perplexity is more friendly with non tech people, but it will charge you more for that (as when you run out of credits you will need to buy more tokens beyond the $200 payment)
