Auditor General of Canada found that over 150,000 students were potentially non-compliant in just 2 years and Canada investigated only 4k thousand of them. They found many cases of the straight up fraudulent documents just to enter Canada and later applied for other visas, including surge of asylum claims by students. The Liberal government was rubber stamping everyone into the country with open arms....Holly f! Now they are giving them citizenships.
