CLARENDON ATTEMPTED RAPE ARREST: Arlington County Police have arrested 28 year-old LUZVIN GARCIA MORAN after a woman waiting for a Uber on the 2700 block of Wilson Boulevard was allegedly followed, grabbed, pushed into a wall, and physically assaulted by the suspect on Sunday morning. Moran attempted to flee on foot, but was located a few blocks away and arrested. He is now charged with Attempted Rape, Abduction with Intent to Defile and Assault & Battery and is being held without bond. #NoVa
