In today’s AO match, Umpire asked Alcaraz to remove his whoop watch 🤯 All the athletes across sports use whoop as a tracking device and use the data in their recovery Why are tennis players not allowed to wear tracking devices..

@immasiddx I use comet regularly. Use atlas for writing prompts that makes comet work well. Useful, comet exceeds for non-tech folks like me.

Been using multiple AI models in parallel. Now single-model use feels slow. Wild how quickly that happened.

Somehow feels good to see @PSG_English winning Champions league. A team before superstars, identity before brilliant individuals, young talent vs experienced serial winners.

@aaditya @theproductwoman @calm_io This is so wholesome. While business is transactional & profit seeking by nature, these policies make it more human. I worked at a company having entire salary structure for a team ~40, excel and transparent. Including bonus and pay increase. Best way to build an org. Kudos.

Back in the @calm_io days (perhaps a decade ago) we were interviewing a candidate. They were at 6 LPA comp. They passed all the technical rounds with flying colours and the final part was salary negotiation. We had a policy of never asking for current salary or expectations, but they volunteered they were at 6 and would be expecting 9. We said, look this role has a band and your expectation is not within it. Their face fell. We elaborated further that we won’t pay a rupee less than 11L, and if that’s acceptable to them we can continue😌
Bhandari ka Vyang@GurugramDeals

A guy we interviewed for a tech role was getting Rs. 8 LPA and asked us for Rs. 19 LPA!! Dreaming big is ok but asking for such a big jump without being able to justify it kills one's chances of getting selected. Maybe such candidates are happy in their current role and will only switch if they get a big hike.

These folks are building something exciting from India 🇮🇳. Agent AI is here to help you in your daily tasks. So excited for @deeptivchopra and @sidgunti.
Deepti Chopra@deeptivchopra

Excited to launch Browserable: an open-source and self-hostable browser automation library designed to let agents execute web tasks, track status and fetch results. GitHub: github.com/browserable/br… Watch Browserable search Amazon for a yoga mat atleast 6mm thick, non-slip, eco-friendly, and under $50.

All the outliers I've ever networked with are all via this beautiful bird app before coming to twitter there was no way a mediocre PM like me would've met so many brilliant people who at an age adjusted basis are far more successful than me e.g. I networked with an SVP level person of my previous employer purely via twitter writing, commenting & DMs that SVP would never know me during my stint at the company we both worked at, because work doesn't allow you to network at a personal level across hierarchy easily - you wouldn't even be in the same room often but as @dejavucoder correctly mentioned it recently: even NPC side characters like me get to interact with outliers & leaders of a field via pure serendipity of this app you just need to be humble, graceful & genuinely interested in people, business & craft you'll be surprised how few brilliant people learn to be humble & graceful maybe they don't need to, but am not that good so people like me don't have an option go out there, write down what you think thoughtfully with some level of levity, you'll be surprised how often you'll have interesting conversations maybe a lot of networking is being interested in the world & focusing on learning from others and not about proving that you are better + others are wrong I think most people who can't leverage twitter for networking are indexed on being twitter police - focusing on changing others' opinion & proving to the world that they are better focus on what you want to see more of & it'll help you attract collaboration collaboration ➡️ sum is greater than the parts ➡️ paraspar graho jeevanam

I have around 30000 email subscribers who have not bought anything, should I just delete them from shopify as I end up paying more to email companies cos they charge on no of subscribers? I think i will save 25000 Rs monthly easily.

I was in conversation with a lung expert, who told me that you won't see top-class Olympic athletes emerge from India until and unless we fix our pollution problem. Athletes need clean, fresh air to train at their maximum lung capacity, and in polluted air, their lungs give up compared to the athlete training in AQI under 10. The only solution is to take your potential kid to a place where the pollution is below 30. Or make sure you live, train, eat and sleep in an environment where the AQI is controlled by technology.

GenZ is a super interesting consumer segment to study for understanding how the perception of wealth has changed over the decades. Some observations - 1/ The inclination towards DINK, or 'double income no kids is interesting. They see having children as optional & are openly calculating the financial advantages of child-free living. 2/ They share investment strategies, create investing clubs on social, and openly discuss salaries. There's a striking lack of ego around money. 3/ The path of working until 65 for a comfortable retirement feels obsolete. They're pursuing financial independence in their 30s. The goal isn't to be rich later - it's to be free NOW. 4/ They're actively choosing lower-paying jobs just because they offer remote work / flexible hours. The ability to control their schedule & location gives them space to pursue more side hustles. 5/ Growing up through crypto booms & a pandemic has created a risk appetite. Traditional safe havens like bonds or FDs feel less appealing than emerging asset classes with higher risk-reward profiles. 6/ They're more likely to invest in learning a new skill or building a personal brand with the expectation of ‘asymmetric returns.’ The institutions, employers, and brands that understand this can future-proof themselves for an economy where wealth is measured in freedom, not just figures.

14/ The French Paradox isn't really a paradox, but failure of the American reductionist approach to nutrition. We can't medicate our way out of lifestyle-induced disease. The solution requires rethinking our entire relationship with food.

What thing/gadget did you save yourself from buying this year? Something that you came close to buying but then better sense prevailed in not spending unnecessarily? For me, it was a new TV to replace my 7 year old OLED which is still working perfectly
