👉 Since purchase, I’ve faced nonstop issues. Calls, emails, follow-ups — all ignored. From leadership to site engineers, no one cares. I strongly urge others: Don’t buy Bluestar products.

@BlueStarLtd Extremely frustrated with @BlueStarLtd. Raised AC service request on 22 Apr. Engineer called but couldn’t come same day — I asked for Saturday. Still, NO ONE showed up. Yet they threaten to void warranty if I seek outside help. @consaff @jagograhakjago

@Bose I had bought the bose earbuds in august, but exchanged it once in august itself cause the left side needed to be fixed. GAve the earphones again for exchange in Jan, still, I am waiting to receive my earphones to date. Whenever I CALL the service centre, i get a reply that

@BoseService No one is replying on my emails, tweets and DM. What kind of service you provide to your customers it’s been 2 months now i have submitted my earbuds to okhla service centre still no clue that i am getting my replaced earbud or not.

Then i raised issue on toll free bose service number and they have generated a token number BOSE service centre on 28 th jan i didn’t get my earbud yet and i have sent emails multiple times no one is replying on ghat email. it’s almost two months now.@BoseService @Bose
