विषय: 14th एवेन्यू सोसाइटी में आवारा कुत्तों के बढ़ते आतंक के संबंध में तत्काल कार्यवाही हेतु निवेदन महोदय/महोदया, सविनय निवेदन है कि 14th एवेन्यू सोसाइटी के निवासी इस समय एक अत्यंत गंभीर समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। सोसाइटी में आवारा कुत्तों का आतंक दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ता जा रहा है, जिससे आम जनजीवन पूरी तरह प्रभावित हो चुका है। स्थिति यह है कि लगभग हर दिन किसी न किसी बच्चे को इन कुत्तों का शिकार बनना पड़ रहा है। माता-पिता अपने बच्चों को घर से बाहर निकालने से डरते हैं। पार्क में खेलने ले जाने से पहले कई बार सोचना पड़ता है। सोसाइटी के प्रत्येक फ्लोर पर, लिफ्ट के बाहर कुत्तों के झुंड बैठे रहते हैं, जिससे लोगों का आना-जाना भी मुश्किल और भयपूर्ण हो गया है। सबसे अधिक चिंता की बात यह है कि सोसाइटी की मेंटेनेंस एवं सुरक्षा टीम इस गंभीर समस्या के प्रति पूरी तरह उदासीन बनी हुई है। बार-बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, नोएडा अथॉरिटी को भी कई बार लिखित शिकायतें दी जा चुकी हैं, परंतु अभी तक किसी प्रकार की प्रभावी कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। यह स्थिति अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। आज 14th एवेन्यू सोसाइटी में लगभग 4800 परिवार और करीब 20,000 लोग निवास करते हैं। केवल हमारी ही नहीं, बल्कि आसपास की कई सोसाइटियों में भी यही समस्या विकराल रूप ले चुकी है। यह केवल एक सोसाइटी का नहीं, बल्कि पूरे क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा और जनहित से जुड़ा मुद्दा बन चुका है। हमने जिस सरकार को चुना है, जिन प्रतिनिधियों को अपना मत देकर जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है, यदि वही हमारी सुरक्षा और मूलभूत समस्याओं के समाधान में सहायता नहीं करेंगे, तो आखिर आम नागरिक किससे उम्मीद करे? अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस गंभीर समस्या को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर लेते हुए तत्काल प्रभाव से आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएं, ताकि सोसाइटी के निवासियों को इस भय और असुरक्षा के माहौल से राहत मिल सके। आपकी शीघ्र एवं सकारात्मक कार्यवाही की अपेक्षा में। भवदीय, (समस्त निवासी) 14th एवेन्यू सोसाइटी
