This is very cool and I will try it, but I advise against fixing the number of clusters* and letting the model come up with its own arbitrary number based on a tweakable threshold. In the screenshot you can see how I do it. The value of 4.5 gave me precisely 8 product categories and bundled rugs with cotton in this dataset which is annoying, so my next step is to reduce that down to 4.25 or so and measure output. Once I have the sweet spot I apply across the entire dataset and then run a dendrogram which terminates at cluster level instead of URLs (otherwise chaos) and that gives a beautifully intuitive overview of implicit IA. *cluster_model = AgglomerativeClustering(n_clusters=50)

I was trying to generate embeddings for 320,000 sentences. My approach was generating them at once, and then saving them into Pinecone. It was failing because all was getting saved in memory. Finally, I have a solution. 1/2
