What a disgrace! The poor guy was repeatedly dismissed and left completely confused. It was only when I started filming that staff finally explained his options. By then, economy seats on the 4 am Emirates flight were sold out, and he is left stranded with no real help. Just excuses and a so called “time change to 4 am”. This is not a technical issue.
