@Avis wow…I’ve never been so embarrassed for a company’s customer service. I have car rented for 8am- Just got a call from the “manager” because no cars are available. Trying to get to a friend in #Hospice before he passes. I would be embarrassed.

@vueling I understand that flights get delayed. But my flight is delayed today to BCN, yet there are 2 flights to take off to BCN while we wait - Alvin Grenbo at the gate was INCREDIBLY rude and said that there were 25 seats available on the plane but he would not put us on it...
