@taiwo_junzi Why do you all think the best time to come up with these silly takes is the time women choose to celebrate themselves?
Are you cursed?

Men who gloss over women solely for their academic achievements amuse me though.
It’s good to see a woman applying herself but it’s way more important that she’s a reasonable human being.
I’m not saying that going to school and being a reasonable human are mutually exclusive, I’m saying that a woman’s degrees and material worth do not matter to the extent some men gloss over it.
Any idiot can go to school, get degrees and become a Dr.
Nothing is more important in a person than their personal values.

@winexviv Long may you live! As a post grad student staying at Kwame Nkrumah, we went to the Hostel Directorate yesterday, only to be told that hostel maintenance is a thing we should sort ourselves as adults. Yet we pay for hostel maintenance, what is the money used for?

Investing in in Education and Human Capital
On Thursday, May 26th, I visited the College of Nursing Sciences in Mbano, Imo State, and was warmly received by the Provost, staff, and students. I am deeply grateful for their kind words regarding my earlier modest support of ₦10 million, which the school used for the procurement of solar power and a transformer. I also made an additional donation of ₦10 million to support ongoing developments at the institution.
It is always encouraging to see institutions striving to improve learning conditions despite obvious challenges. I am convinced that investing in education, healthcare, and critical infrastructure is the surest path to sustainable national development. These should not be seen as expenses, but rather as essential investments in our collective future.
We must move from consumption to production by deliberately supporting institutions that build human capital and empower our young people with the skills needed to drive progress.
I encouraged the students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to their studies, reminding them that they are at the heart of the Nigeria we must build—one anchored in competence, compassion, character, and productivity.
By investing in our youth in a sustainable and productive manner, a new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@msmocrown @PeterObi You are a development Economist and this is your reply? With all you see, going on in Nigeria? Shame on you!!!
English

@PeterObi I see your tactics, deliberately choosing what schools to patronize with cheap one naira here, two naira there. Private institutions!
Go to public institutions and see what it will turn out to be.
I trust Nigerians to collect your money and clean mouth.

@NigeriaJFP @UNDPNigeria @UNDPAfrica @UNDP ... Kindly help look into this issue, I believe that every applicant ought to be given a fair chance and this can not happen if the system meant for assessment is not fully functional.
English

@NigeriaJFP My test was submitted before time; the reason shown was Camera and Microphone disabled which wasn't the case neither was it true because both were functional, the warning kept coming glitch upon glitch and then it submitted my test before I could even finish or review.

@NigeriaJFP @UNDPNigeria @UNDPAfrica @UNDP After the test auto submitted, I checked my dashboard and saw a 50% Grade. The grade is unjust given that I couldn't even attempt all questions and was logged out after just 16 minutes 18 secs instead of the allotted 40mins which negatively impacted my grade. This is unfair...
English

@NigeriaJFP We were promised a reschedule during the Zoom info session for those who couldn't access the exam on the first CBT day but till now nothing has been done. Please, what's the way forward?
English

@NigeriaJFP Good morning @NigeriaJFP During the info session which took place on Wednesday, you assured those who had issues with the CBT test on Tuesday due to SEB login issues etc that we will be rescheduled but till now I haven't gotten any mail regarding this. When will this take place?
English

NJFP 1.0 proved a simple truth:
When young Nigerians are supported with mentorship and opportunity, they don’t just adapt; they excel.
Every placement created a ripple; fellows brought fresh ideas and host organizations found renewed purpose.
Now, NJFP 2.0 builds on that legacy with smarter matching, deeper engagement, and a stronger bridge between education, enterprise, and innovation.
