We are aware about the challenges with RCTs in recruitment but we aim for the highest level of evidence

@drkellyparsons @BadarMian1 @EricKleinMD We agree on the hypothesis that frequency of testing could explain the different results compared to the VA data, testing and thus detection of PC will depend on setting. Also, the VA data only include men with PCa diagnosis, limiting the possibility to study 5ARI effects on PCM
