The runaround you’ve given my 74 year old mother travelling by herself from Manchester to Halifax (yes I know you know what a pig sty of a journey that’s been) first up you change gates 3 times and delay leaving by almost 5 hours. Then you “give away” her pre booked and pre paid for seat with extra leg room to someone else and re book her at the very back. Then when she finally gets to Toronto you cancel her connection to Halifax. Then tell her there are no hotel rooms available. You give her $15. Oh bravo. Funny how I called the Alt and got her a room immediately. Now she won’t be here till 1:30 pm tomorrow. Is this some sort of joke?! The $$$ we paid to get her here. I’m coming after you.
