@Pret hi - my subscription renewed / couple of days ago but I want to cancel it for this month. The wait at the Vauxhall branch for coffee now is ridiculous - 20 mins both of the last two times I’ve been in, i use my own cup, and I’ve been given the wrong order both times.

my only opinion on the Pret vs Greggs debate that seems to be happening is that Greggs food is better but getting the coffee subscription was a game changer

@TSJPhillips @Pret My complaint would be a different one. In Oxford, you often can't get into the place for the long queues of students drinking free coffee on a loop. It's driving away other customers, including those who might go in there for lunch. It *cannot* be making them money.
