Bought an item from @Flipkart, received a defective product, and when I asked for a refund/replacement, I was told to contact the brand myself. So customers pay @flipkartsupport but after-sales responsibility gets pushed elsewhere? Extremely disappointing service. Need resolution

Worst service from @JioCare. My appointment was scheduled for Jio Fibre but it got automatically rescheduled without any information. I’ve been trying to reach support for the past one hour with no response and am unable to reschedule the appointment from my end. @reliancejio
