@MysteryPhD @MorePerfectUS While I didn’t vote for him, I am a rural Ohioan who stands to lose land so I feel comfortable telling you what so many of us think. This won’t just hurt the people you don’t like. It will hurt all of us. Grow up.

@MorePerfectUS I'm in OH but I live in cleveland. would love to hear what rural ohioans who voted for trump think about this since it is them that will be losing their land. I'll be they are psyched to help the president screw them some more.

A new proposal in Ohio would let the state and utility companies take private property to build data center infrastructure. The proposal from the powerful Ohio Business Roundtable would even let land be taken from people before the owner gets paid. A document obtained by the Ohio Capital Journal shows the Ohio Business Roundtable recommending that lawmakers change eminent domain law so that it includes "infrastructure projects," a category broad enough to include data centers and projects that power them. ohiocapitaljournal.com/2026/06/10/ohi…

@selene422 @PiperK Stick-on projects are fast! Removing what’s been permanently stuck on to hold up outdoors…that’s going to take time and create debris to be hauled off. Have you ever tried to remove a jar label? Took a nanosecond to slap that baby on!

Why is it that when the workers put up Trump’s name on the Kennedy Center they used cherry pickers to add the letters… But to remove his name, workers have been building scaffolding for HOURS. Where are the cherry pickers? Something ain’t right here. 🤔 #kennedycenter #trump

Every parent in a “diverse” public school knows the only way to assure the best classroom experience is to have your child identified as gifted and hopefully segregated from students who can’t adapt to classroom expectations.
constans@constans

“Gifted” programs in city public school systems are simply a means of getting academically capable students into a “regular” classroom without disruptive students or remedial students the teacher has to expend additional resources. And that’s an important and necessary service

@MacSherbert @educator4ever36 Absolutely. Mine start DE their sophomore year. My ‘26 grad had enough credits to earn her AA before graduation. She’ll start college as a junior. Because she was taking outside classes she was also able to leave HS midday to work and then come back for her 1 afternoon class.

@anneski76 @educator4ever36 That’d be pretty nice. Then in HA school they can take more dual enrollment classes or spend senior doing internships. We get Algebra 1 as the lone 8th grade HS class.

@educator4ever36 I question how advanced it is when you have a 7th grader placed in advanced math that according to progress monitoring is on a 4th grade level. But no worries kid got to go the growth party at the end of the year.

@TrumpsMyFavPres @RachelCoyleOhio Stick to the topic. Your poor attempt at deflection aside, the point stands. Either we have the safest elections in the nation as larose claims or we need an amendment to stop all the massive mail in fraud. You can’t have both.

@anneski76 @RachelCoyleOhio They don't control most of our major cities and haven't for a very long time. Our so-called Republicans here in Ohio are just that RINOS. If we had real representation here, we wouldn't have the 2nd largest somalian population. We wouldn't have had billions in fraud.

@marcellstrbich It kind of sounds like you’re saying the president doesn’t know what he’s talking about and that he’s publicly supporting a resolution that he doesn’t understand. It’s an interesting take coming from you, but ok.

What part of President Trump’s call does Ohio’s legislature not understand? SJR 10, a constitutional Voter ID resolution FAILS on the very first objective below. Would the President approve of the resolution if he KNEW it did not include photo ID for mail ballots? Amend it!

@marcellstrbich Before you claim a need to alter the constitution of ohio, prove to me why we need it. Prove widespread mail in fraud in a state that has been controlled by the GOP for 30 years. Show me arrests and convictions. If no one can prove it, it’s not grounds for an amendment.

As a Ohio Voter, would you support a constitutional Voter ID amendment like the SIMPLE & STRONG version below that requires State-issued photo ID for ALL voting methods and ensures photo identification for voting is ONLY issued to U.S. citizens displaying citizenship on the ID?

@LS_Mama_Bear @RachelCoyleOhio @HowThingsWorkOH If mail in voting is the root of fraud (which the OHGOP insists we don’t have while also insisting we need an amendment to fix) the fraud must be helping them. They’ve controlled Ohio for 30 yrs. You can’t keep arguing that we need change but that the same party should keep power

Ohio Republicans plan to pass a NEW bill THIS WEEK requiring photo ID for mail-in ballots‼️ Ohioans would need to: —Find a scanner —Learn to use a scanner —Likely pay to scan/print a copy of their ID —Trust the mail enough to mail a copy of their ID along with their ballot

@TrumpsMyFavPres @RachelCoyleOhio Ohio GOP needs to decide where they stand. Do we have secure elections as they allege (b/c they’ve been running them) or do we have systemic fraud w/mail in ballots? If option 1, no amendment needed. If option 2, fraud must be benefiting them. They’ve controlled Ohio for 30 yrs.

@ronfergusonohio Instead of insisting you’re “fixing” a problem we don’t actually have, why don’t you try fixing the ones we do. Fix the costs of food, gas, health care. Fix the problems we really do have. You keep crying widespread fraud and yet none of you have ever actually proven it exists.

@DavidGr30214992 @RachelCoyleOhio @HowThingsWorkOH Ok. Prove it happened. If it’s simply too easy and “no election is safe…” provide proof (arrest and conviction) of massive mail in ballot fraud in Ohio. The GOP has controlled Ohio for 30 years and you honestly are convinced there’s systemic voter fraud from the Dems?

@RachelCoyleOhio @HowThingsWorkOH Mailed ballots are simply too easy to fraudulently obtain, harvest, and illegally vote. No election is safe from the Democrat fraud machine where ballots are mailed to voters.

@Ehnree @desk_nam @hatsonwigs This is why education is important. HPV can cause multiple cancers in men and women. It can be transmitted orally or sexually, and by gay, straight or bi people. It’s a virus that really can affect anyone. The cervical cancer is only one example.

@Acyn So she’s saying it was in the rough drafts but got cut from the final document. There’s a reason it didn’t make it into the actual Constitution we look to today. They even went so far as to prohibit establishment of a national religion.

@Ehnree @desk_nam @hatsonwigs Prevention of cervical cancer sounds like a good reason to get one. It’s too bad they didn’t tell you that preventing the HPV infection is the very thing that helps protect you from cancer. At least as an adult you can now make a more informed choice for yourself.

Yes, they absolutely give them to newborns. That’s what painkillers do. Numb pain. Calling it medication doesn’t magically make it something else.
