The only reason I managed to board was because, as I saw the driver not slowing down at my stop, so I pulled out my phone and started recording with flash. The driver immediately stopped. For many Delhi residents, these are the everyday hurdles involved in something as basic as boarding a public bus, especially the old orange ones. Operator contracts need stricter infractions clauses for not stopping.
