@PremLeaguePanel They are there for the taking. Should have been a hammering. 3-2 wins feels frustrating at this point.

Deserved win for Man Utd. Looked the far superior team, even the nature of Liverpool’s goals were Man Utd giveaways. The 1st half was pure Man Utd dominance with Slot going for a kamikaze structure in possession that did not protect the transition. Bruno & co duly punished them.

@Ankaman616 Even with the help of United and officials, Pool is unable to get anything out of that game. That last kick of the match, Dalot's bozo movement perfectly sums up this game.

@mufcMPB He is a failed manager so he will never understand. No coach is turning down an opportunity to coach a club like United.

🚨🚨🗣️ Gary Neville on Michael Carrick and the permanent Manchester United head coach job: “I just thought the other day, it would be so classy and Michael-like if he said, ‘guys, I’ve done what I came in to do, I’ve done this job, I’ve got you into the Champions League, I’ve re-stabilised the club, settled the place down — but now go and put someone [else] in.’” #MUFC [@WeAreTheOverlap]

@UnitedStandMUFC Anything above 50 mil, United should move on. They have other better options. Brighton can keep an unhappy player for one more season and can sell him in the next summer to Newcastle or Villa for a 20-30 mil.

@debornair99 @ManUtd This is another Joao Neves, another Anderson. Sadly we are still not there yet to sign a 100 mil player before he becomes a 100 mil player.

@TheFergusonWay @FabrizioRomano It should be at least 3 midfielders. With Case and Ugarte leaving, the senior midfielder left at the club is Mainoo. Bruno and Mount are no.10s. No other academy midfielders are currently good enough to make the jump. So, it should be at least 3.

@TelegraphDucker Most successful club in england in the last decade or so. They can also commercially compete with the biggest teams in the world. But they can't fill their stadiums, no offline fan base apart from one city,no online presence, zero impact on pop culture. Insignificant.

It’s not embarrassing. They’ve been to Wembley something like 33 times since Guardiola took over. Their fan base is predominantly a working class Manchester demographic. They don’t have endless pots of gold in their bank accounts. The issue is semi finals being played at Wembley
South Stand Pies@SouthStandPies

The most successful team in England in the last ten years and there were 10,000 empty Man City seats at Wembley. And that’s after they gave some to Southampton! Embarrassing. #MNCSOT

@UtdXclusive Brighton played hard ball last season when United were ready to pay 75mil. Now they want 70mil after below average season. Good luck keeping him for another season. Plenty of midfielders in the market.

🚨 JUST IN: Sources close to Brighton insist that while they are open to a sale for Baleba, any realistic deal must exceed £70M - given his status as a key asset since joining from Lille in 2023. United view the defensive midfielder as an ideal long-term replacement for the departing Casemiro and have kept in touch with his representatives, but face competition from other European clubs and will need to meet Brighton’s elevated asking price to have any chance of landing him. @MUFC_redarmy99 Amorim wanted Watkins and Martinez. Even if they both succeeded at United, those areas would have required another heavy investment in the next couple of years without any real sale value. He exiled Mainoo and would've sold him in January.Got rid of Garnacho. That's it.

Thousands of teams will say they want a player like Declan Rice in their team, but you will never hear them say the same about Bruno Fernandes. That’s the difference.

@TelegraphDucker Get those 2 first team midfielders through the door. Sign an attacking LB and then we can think about LW. Assess De Ligt situation throughout the summer and make decision on whether to bring new CB or not late in the transfer window. Regarding Ugarte,he needs to leave ASAP.

How #MUFC reconstruct their midfield this summer will be critical to next season’s success. If Ugarte goes, there could be three midfield arrivals and landing on the right combinations will be crucial. ⬇️ telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

Play that game 10 times and it finishes with a different result every time. Arsenal win it 3 times, City win it 4 times, draw 3 times. Flip of a coin every time. That's the nature of making drastic conclusions off the back of a single game of football.

@ZAYN_Z7 Not even talk about away games. Those 3 home draws along with defeat against Everton when they are down to 10 for most of the game. That's a 9 point swing.
