Why should even 1% be given in reservation? This is insensible. Jobs should only have a relation with qualification, eligibility. From now on, support this stance. It's better to give free education, healthcare to the poor. That's it. Equal opportunities. Maybe some money even, if the state is rich or can afford to. I mean there could be many things, I'm not covering all But jobs are not for charities

I am not an UC guy who oppose Reservation blatantly. My pov is simple, SC/ST should get reservation it can be around 10-15 percent. The benefits of reservation should reach genuinely deserving people. Not to the ones already having good economic status. Open merit for 80% let it be a healthy competition, government can provide economic and educational support to other backward communities to equip them for this competition. Nation will become a developed country sooner than later. If we choose this path!

Ruchika Singh’s case is mysterious. The parents (especially mother) has some sort of urgency to stop @DelhiPolice from investigating the case further just because her daughter has apologised. Delhi police needs to ascertain : 1. Is Ruchika Singh under 15 or she just turned 15 3 days ago. Which technically means Ruchika was 14 year old when she was working at Saloon and the parents can be booked for making under 15 year old work 2. If Ruchika is under 15, then people who shot her video and posted will need to be booked under POCSO for using her videos without her parents consent 3. If then individuals in Jantar Mantar & Apology video is not same person then Ruchika’s parents and Cockroach Janata Party’s members should be booked for misleading Delhi Police during investigations. I just spoke with Ruchika's mother. She is deeply upset and understandably angry. Despite Ruchika releasing an apology video and Prime Minister @narendramodi publicly stating that she (& others) should be forgiven, the FIR against her child has still not been withdrawn. She is also distressed that sections of the media continue to circulate her daughter's videos and relentlessly hound the family with questions. On behalf of Cockroach Janta Party, I assured her that no legal action will be taken against her child. I also assured her that we will extend every possible legal assistance and ensure Ruchika receives any counselling and support she may need during this difficult time. She was relieved to hear this and said she would reach out to me whenever any assistance is required. @Cockroachisback
