No refund. No update. No accountability. Just repeated scripted responses. Amazon Pay refunds are usually instant, so what exactly is causing this delay? Why are customers being given false timelines?

Also, why is there no proper option to cancel immediately from the user side, forcing us to rely on support that doesn’t resolve the issue?
