@AlexCampolo I feel like someone needs to shout from roof tops that small businesses need to have cash on hand to make payroll, pay vendors, utilities, etc. The fed is protecting millions of workers with this policy. Stop deliberately misunderstanding what’s going on.

Person who has more than 250k siting in their checking account had a bad weekend (sorry about that). They get rescued by the fed’s, whose stated policy goal is to have millions of the most vulnerable workers lose their jobs. How do people rationalize this?

@politicalmath I love how ppl just brush aside the economic considerations of this decision. Do you love your kids? Stay home! Your love alone will feed them, house them! If your husband doesn’t earn enough, well clearly you are the wicked wife for choosing to work. Don’t you love your family?

@0liviajulianna @jaimej813 I was in HS at this time. So elder millennial. We had computers by then and papers were typed. I faintly remember having a typewriter at some point too but only because computers were expensive. Might have been junior high.

Okay Gen-X’rs I have a question. When you were in school and you got a report, did your teachers say it was suppose to be X amount of hand written pages? Did they say words? Like “must be 300 words” and you hand wrote it? Did you count word by word when you did?

BREAKING: Michael Moore just called for a nationwide Walgreens boycott and Gavin Newsom just said that California will no longer do business with Walgreens after they decided to stop selling the abortion pill in GOP states. If all Democrats in America decided to instead shop at CVS, Walmart, Target, and Costco, Walgreens might just change their mind. And I don't want to hear any Republicans attacking me for "cancel culture." Walgreens literally just cancelled women's rights.

@offbeatorbit I used to rarely wear it bc I found it irritating, particularly when pregnant. I would take it off for showering and dishes and forget to put it back. But I thought I had lost it and when I found it, I didn’t take it off again. That was 4 months ago. I’ve been married 12 years.

For those of you who are also married or engaged: Do you take your engagement ring and/or wedding band off and if so when? (Also curious about how long you’ve been married for bc I assume this changes over time)

@notcapnamerica Nearly 40% of US children are on Medicaid or CHIP and this dude seems committed to making it real easy for the state to track him down. The law doesn’t care if you offered to pay for the abortion or what you think your responsibility is.

This little girls life has drastically improved in 24 short hours. This time yesterday she was living in a disused toilet with twisted spine crawling through broken glass. Today she is starting to look and feel much much better…
