To piggy back off Bernie here... when you look down at Memphis you've got Velazquez hitting .048, Ledbetter hitting .080, Baez hitting .207 with 0 HRs and 3 RBIs, Matt Koperniak is the only one producing at .316 with 1 HR and 6 RBIs but NOT on the 40 man #stlcards

Since Nathan Church had 3 hits on Opening Day, the #STLCards LF position has turned in a .097 average, .176 OBP, .129 slug, no RBIs, 29.4% strikeout rate and a minus 5 wRC+ that's 105 percent below league average offensively.

@8jwilliams @LO_Cardinals Exactly- Torres led all Triple A in OBP last year and can play multiple positions and can run well- why exactly do people forget he is on the 40 man- also won batting title in Double A in 2024!!!! What else does he have to do!

Unfortunately Anthony I don’t live life trying to be a safe program. If you are ok living like that then I understand you supporting this decision.
If finishing in the bottom 4 of the A10 is your ideal program, then this is the hire for you.
If you don’t adapt you die. And unfortunately you will be in the MAC in 3 years.

@TylerRelph10 @scorpio6262 That’s my point! I wouldn’t look to far into who the next head coach is. Doesn’t really matter. The guy we needed a year to late was Bryan Hodgson- being a local guy and can recruit anywhere. Program won’t take the next step but also wont plummet any worse than it is
