If you turn on the TV and go on X today, I swear it sounds like the spurs are 0-3 against the Wolves. So many people taking a victory lap and jumping on the opportunity to shit on this team after 1 L. Stay strong Spurs fans. Series not over.

@GrantMN3 @etspaceman89 Except, Goaltends do not need to have a chance. I’ve seen on plenty of occasions guys being called for goaltend on shots that had no chance. That has never been a factor in goaltend calls in the thousands of NBA games I’ve watched prior to this.

@antforthreeeeee @etspaceman89 it has to have a chance to score, and i’m saying barnes may have got enough of it that the refs didn’t think it had a chance before wemby got it. hard to tell from the side angle if that’s the case. but like i said they usually just call it whenever it hits glass first.

@etspaceman89 think they can justify that one as not going towards the basket after Barnes tipped it but a lot of times NBA refs just call it anytime it hits glass so could go either way on it

Just watched the 12 blocks again… you’d have a pretty tough time getting to 4 goaltends (No one send the Harrison Barnes block that was correctly attributed to Harrison Barnes and doesn’t count toward Wembanyama’s 12)

@marsh47509 @WembyCentral @Landonprice68 Not a 7 game series. Gonna be a gentleman’s sweep unless the Spurs choke game 2. Will be a good lesson how a series can get on you in a hurry. The wolves already showed you they can win games in a hostile environment and flipped home court advantage on them.

@SpursVentura Well they didn’t play better offensively because they would’ve won. You guys shot very poorly and I don’t think Victor 30 footers is a very reliable form of offense. The wolves also shot horrendously bad on free throws otherwise the game wouldn’t have been close tbf
