it’s actually nuts how good AI has gotten at writing code i always lose receipts, so I wanted a tool to track them + manuals, especially for large purchases started playing… 36 hours later I have a solid backend and a decent native iOS app(!!) already. it extracts info from receipts with an LLM, grabs the PDF of the manual + a nice product photo from the internet and takes care of it all. ✨ just crazy how fast you can just make things real end-to-end now.

@StanleyWei4748 I wanted to ask: why can I not see the transcript or audio of calls Pine AI makes. It would be helpful for me to understand if it understand / is resolving my issue correctly.

@daniel_koss Seems to be more of a dig at Open AI and their press release in the past weeks re: UK market, rather than other bitcoin miners pivoting, who are largely domiciled in USA.

I can’t help but notice that the tone of $NBIS executives is getting quite aggressive! Very interesting and honestly surprising to observe, because previously they were always very calm, collected, and almost silent. They did mention multiple times that they don’t want to become a commodity business, but rarely talked about competitors and when they did, it was always with positive words and a ton of respect. Something changed 5 days ago. It started with Nebius CTO Danila posting on LinkedIn that most “neoclouds” aren’t really clouds. They use a ton of third-party software and have “different levels of attention to detail.” To me, that sounds like a polite way of saying they suck. I don’t know Danila, and my initial interpretation was that maybe, as someone deeply technical, he’s annoyed by the market not understanding the difference between a software cloud and a bare-metal offering. But now both Roman (Co-Founder & CBO) and Marc (CRO) have also posted very strong opinions on “just promises” and “just press releases” they’re seeing in the market. Am I just looking for drama, or do you guys also see this as an objective change in tone? These guys don’t spend their entire day on X. It’s possible they’re talking about other companies than FinX would expect. But maybe they mean exactly who we think they’re talking about. Does anyone have strong opinions on which companies they’re referring to? If we all agree that the tone is getting more aggressive, there are a few possible interpretations: 1. The Nebius bears will say that Nebius is getting increasingly desperate because they picked the “wrong strategy” and now they’re basically "mad cause bad". 2. The Nebius bulls will see this as a strongly bullish signal of a confident management team that thinks it's clearly winning. 3. A more neutral take: maybe they’re just generally annoyed by the market comparing them to what they believe is a very different category of companies? 😆 What do you guys think?

@rk8215 Interesting take! 🔥 Do you have any official source or document confirming that one of the AI customers DGXX is negotiating with has a market cap over $100B? Would love to read more on that. 🙏

Great write up on $NBIS Amit but I think there’s one major factor missing. Arkady Volozh is a visionary founder who clearly rivals Alex Karp and Vlad Tenev. He a technical genius, he spotted industry revolutions early and built billion dollar companies. But even more bullish is that he has an amazing track record of running quietly and repeatedly surprising the market

The next two deepdives are out! These are on $GRAB and $NBIS. The $GRAB deepdive is a refined version of a thesis I wrote up a few months ago that many people may have already read. Nebius $NBIS is a name that has done exceptionally well for retail investors and is up 3x YTD. Given the AI revolution, the datacenter space has become integral and it seems like Nebius will play a very important role in this sector. After doing the deepdive, I do believe the company has a moat due to it's full stack, vertically integrated advantage and it is becoming very clear why people are choosing this name as their core datacenter exposure over the many other plays that are out there. While the stock has already performed and it is understandable if investors feel they missed it (like myself), I tried to see the broader tailwinds for the business and if the $30B company could one day become a $100B company. Will be working on the next 2 deepdives for November (please leave any comments for tickers you'd like to see) along with some more deepdives into big tech earnings, the state of the bifurcated economy, where we are in the macro, and more! The substack is free (always will be) and has no paywall -- all the previous deepdives on $BMNR and $DUOL are available to see and more content will be posted throughout the week recapping the big tech earnings. Deepdives below:

@philllyfanatic @DrTomsLens Nice, I’m in all these, bought $CIFR at the same price but holding a big bag of $NBIS for life changing returns. What else are you in besides these three?

@DrTomsLens $IREN vs $NBIS - I’ll take both with a healthy side helping of $CIFR. I was late to IREN. I bought 2,000 shares at $46.90. But I was early to NBIS and hold 15,020 shares. I also bought the heck out of the CIFR capital raise at $11.41 and hold 15,583 shares.

$IREN vs. $NBIS is the hottest debate on this app right now, and it really shouldn’t be. Both can win massively as AI integrates into every layer of the global economy: $IREN via its AI real-estate moat, $NBIS as a true AI-native cloud.
