@Deliveroo , @DeliverooHelp - whilst the canned response to all the tweets that there's an outage, can't order right now, that doesn't help those of us still in order purgatory. Better comms on mitigation please...

@Deliveroo - also in delivery purgatory, was still able to order in the midst of the outage, and unable to do anything via "Order Help". VERY surprised no comms out about this, very poor form.
