i cracked the claude code game here’s my method, copy/paste: > buy the best course on any topic (i grabbed @dannypostma’s SEO course) > use openclaw to siphon all the knowledge (whisper api) > then ask it to generate skills agents commands you now have a claude code workflow that replicates everything the course teaches

yep. shrinking demographic means fewer working force which means higher wages which means strong incentives to replace this expensive human force by capital It already happened in England in the 18the century Ir was the Industrial Revolution. It’s gonna happen again

Larry Fink of Blackrock now says countries that avoided mass immigration will be better positioned for the future. Mass immigration was always a scam to destabilize the West, it’s why China admits almost zero refugees.

How broken is housing in France? 70% (!) of households are eligible for social housing, 4 million people are on waiting lists. People now pay bribes to skip the social housing queue

@paschalis_dim It does ! Turns out that we still have some manual review to do after Sora 2 gen so we still edit most of the vids manually (adding text, adding b roll etc) But it is really game changing to iterate on new ideas. Many vids hit 200k+ views

I am creating tens of amazing TikTok videos programmatically with Sora 2 1- we scrape all the videos of niche TikTok account using API scraper and filter them to only keep videos with > 10k likes and < 15s duration 2- we transcribe all of these videos, scene after scene, including audio, with Gemini ai 3- we prompt the AI to replicate the same exact script, adapted for our product 4- we then feed these prompts to Sora 2 (pro account) with high quality setting 5- we erase the watermark using removesora2watermark 6- we add text on video 7- we post to tiktok using tiktok API All of these steps are automated in our internal tool except for Sora 2 vid generation… but we are working on it The results are really impressive and you should absolutely spend your time figuring this out

Think of a hard paywall like a simple trade A person will only cross it if the perceived value of your product is > the perceived value of their cash. You can’t control how much they value their money. But you can control how much they value your product. That is your job. Value really just comes down to two variables: Utility × Trust Is the problem painful? Do they believe you’ll fix it? If a guy has a life-threatening illness and you promise a cure, he buys. Even if he doesn't fully trust you. Why? Because the pain is so high that he's desperate enough to take the risk. On the flip side, if a celebrity sells a boring software tool, people still buy. The problem isn't painful, but the trust is so high that they know the product will be good. (On a side note, that’s why free trial boost conversion: when people see that the product does the job, trust goes to 100%) So if people aren't crossing your paywall, you either: - aren't solving a painful enough problem - or they don't trust that you can actually solve it

I don’t understand hard paywalls. How do you expect me to pay for a product when I have not even used it?

You’re probably coming from @marclou tweet so welcome ! For the last few months, my thesis was that distribution and marketing is everything and that building a product is trivial. So i put all of my work in marketing: find the first customers fast, build the product once the need is validated and aggressively scale the channels that actually work. My growth stack relies on: Meta Ads for scale. Ambassador programs on tiktok for trust and idea generation. And now, AI workflows to automate the content creation and amplify the reach. For a long time, I was just shouting into the void, but now that there’s an audience, I’m ready to open-source the playbook. I’m going to break down exactly how i take products from 0 to 1, and once I found these channels how I scale them All in all $1M is cool… but it’s nothing. We keep going 🏴‍☠️

@marclou @hawktrim @anton_build @JordanRejaud @nomistair @vytisbareika It would be interesting to know if they got followers on others plateforms (YT, IG, Tiktok) how many ads they are running or if they got mostly their customers thru cold emailing or word of mouth or viral marketing in app =D Can you push the analysis further? haha.

This is classic Jevon's paradox. We've never had super cheap, on-demand intelligence before, and now that we do we will keep thinking of new ways to use it.
Aaron Levie@levie

In 5 years from now, probably 95% of the tokens used by AI agents will be used on tasks that humans never did before. I just met with about 30 enterprises across 2 days and a dinner, and some of the most interesting use-cases that keep coming up for AI agents are on bringing automated work to areas that the companies would not have been able to apply labor to before. Most of the world hasn’t quite caught on to this point yet. We imagine AI as dropping into today’s workflows and just taking what we already do and making it more efficient by 20% or something. Yet most companies realize that most of the time they’re doing far less than they could because of the cost or limited capacity of talent. This shows up in different ways across every industry. In real estate it’s ideas like being able to read and analyze every lease agreement for every trend and business opportunity possible. In life sciences it’s being able to rapidly do drug discovery or improve quality by looking through errors in data. In financial services it’s being able to look through all past deals and figure out better future monetization. In legal it’s being able to execute on contracts or legal work for previously unprofitable segments or projects. And these are just the Box AI use cases that deal with documents and content. The same is going to be true in coding, where companies tackle software projects they wouldn’t have done before. Security of all systems and events they couldn’t get to. And so on. If you are working on AI Agents right now, the big opportunity is to bring enterprises “work” for problems that they couldn’t do before because it was nearly impossible to afford or scale. And if you’re deploying AI agents in an enterprise, consider what things you’d do more of (or differently) if the cost and speed of labor became 100X cheaper and faster. This is going to get you the real upside of automation.

whatsthe.app is the trustmmr(.)com but for b2c apps. the idea behind whatsthe.app is straightforward. if you share revenue porn screenshots without naming your app or even better without logging your app in whatsthe.app then... ... you're defacto a liar until proven otherwise there is no reason to listen to anyone's advices not sharing his app name/mrr because without credentials your advices are worthless. without credentials you're only here for clout or to sell something down the road. the fake b2c app course sellers will hate me the b2c app space might be very thankful for this initiative.

current growth stack is - a few premium ambassadors create tiktoks and find good content ideas that we can reuse - I replicate their winning ideas with my army of Sora 2 ambassadors - all the winning tiktoks go straight into Meta ads campaign It prints $$
