Horrible customer care service of @zomato . I got a random call from verified truecaller Zomato number when I had not placed any order. Can’t report this to the customer service as they have zero customer service support . Only bots and no human interaction.

In this day and age when AI is taking over no one is giving any extra thought on how these delivery services or other apps can pay attention to their customers. The system will fail soon when people will tired of getting robotic replies

How do we claim compensation for this? Can anyone please help me out on how to register a complaint and claim refund. @IndiGo6E you could have delayed our flight in Delhi and informed us well in advance about this delay especially after yesterday’s fiasco

It’s been almost 3hrs since we landed in Pune @IndiGo6E when will we be cable get off the aircraft 6E 6410. Everyone on the flight is tired of waiting got the flight to dock. We landed at 3.30am after almost 2hr flight delay in Delhi and now it’s 6.20am @DGCAIndia

@IndiGo6E What’s even worse is after waiting for so long in the aircraft the staff couldn’t even give tea to an elderly woman who asked for it. At least this delay caused so much frustration the least @IndiGo6E crew could have done is serve some refreshments

This must have hurt Taliban minister Muttaqi so much. A group of female journalists took front row at his press conference in Delhi in wonderful defiance after they were excluded the day before. India have legitimised this woman-hating regime by acknowledging them - but thank you to the women who made themselves seen by those men - who cover their own women from head to toe.

Today at Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport, Amritsar when it poured the roofs were leaking. Apparently got to know from cleaning staff that they have mentioned this to the seniors but no action taken till now @AAI_Official

Terrible experience with @Swiggy @SwiggyCares placed food order. Delivery guy picked it up & never came. complained to customer care & they asked if I want to replace the order. I said ok. Also asked for compensation of Rs.75 promised to Swiggy black members

Like I said in my earlier posts @Swiggy is doing a scam looks like. Finally the order came now but both the customer service guys I spoke to were inept and incompetent. They didn’t know their own policies.
