There is no impact on this shop and the road remains blocked the way it used to be. First the extension and then the vehicles parked. Both need to be reversed/stopped.

@CommissionerVmc Sir!! Thanks for prompt response but its partial as Gayatri Samosa and Gayatri Dairy are still operational and beside shop encroaching the road they have extended top floors over the road. Pl take action..@CMOGuj

@anuj107 @VMCVadodara @CMOGuj @CommissionerVmc This is serious matter and will lead to fatal accident someday as road becoming narrow and narrower , may hit 4 wheeler to persons on the road . There are 4 shops who have encroached on road . Pl demolish unauthorized structure and make space free

@Pradeep93153 @CommissionerVmc @VMCVadodara @CMOGuj Its an ironical hardly 40 meters away Encroachments are removed and Road widening is taking place under Smart city project whereas new encroachments are happening in broad daylight here. Action required immediately.

Almost 4 shops have encroached the road and many more in process request immediate action. Few more pics for reference

@VMCVadodara @CMOGuj @CommissionerVmc GAYATRI BAKERY AND DAIRY AND NEIGHBOURING SHOPS ARE ENCROACHING ROAD ON MANGALAM COMPLEX, GUJARAT HOUSING BOARD, SUBHANPURA GORWA ROAD. THEY ARE CONSTRUCTING BUILDING BY ENCROACHING ROAD. IT IS CONGESTING ROAD AND ACCIDENT MAY HAPPEN.

It will be quite tempting to the neighbours also to extend if no action is taken soon. One has already extended.

@anuj107 @VMCVadodara @CMOGuj @CommissionerVmc Complaint already lodged with VMC vide complaint number C24063139 on 24June23, no action as on date. Entire road is congested and creating lot of issues to nearby residents.
