@OnePlus_IN @amazon Bought a One Plus 4K TV through Amazon in April and it’s not working. When contacted the service dept they sent a technician to check who confirmed the panel is to be replaced. It’s 15 days and no replacement. Very poor service. can Amazon sell such product

@OnePlus_Support Just got a message from U Roshni of customer support that I have to wait for another 7-10 days. No direct mail id or contact number. I have already waited for 3 weeks. Now I have to wait further. Don’t know how to react. @amazon is it a mistake to buy product from Amazon

@OnePlus_Support It is really annoying that there no confirmation as to when I will get my tv fixed. How long it takes.. 3 weeks or is it that warantee is least priority. I do not even know whom to contact as there is no face. It is only a mail id ,customer care number which reaches a call centre

@OnePlus_Support It’s surprising to note that despite. Mistake by your team of deregistering my complaint & I am being penalised by delayed repair. Why does it take 15 days for replacement when your representative confirmed that the TV will be repaired by last Monday. Thismust be done immediately
