“I used to feel Nigerians are really bright. We have had over 500 vacancies since 2024, and we are still struggling to find Nigerians to fill those roles. They don’t meet global standards. I blame social media, yahoo & hook up culture..” ~ Moniepoint CEO, Tosin Eniolorunda says

I mistakenly transferred money to a wrong @moniepointng account and instantly got in touch with them for a reversal, dis people told me to go get a court other for an amount less than 10k. The saddest part is that the person I mistakenly transferred the money too was someone I purchased items from on a regular, 3 months and counting now, it’s one story or another. We as Nigerians are not a very good people

@Nattysmartcodez @GwejeofAfrica @NigeriaStories To be honest with you, 200k is a huge sum of money. The problem here is that the currency is currently devalued. Compare $1k to 200k NGN and see the big difference. Now check, can US pay someone $200k a month? The answer is No. The problem is from the government!

@GwejeofAfrica @NigeriaStories We are very bright, sharp and smart! Working remotely to Earn $$ is actually very better than onsite right now in the way this country is going. So you won't expect me to come work for you less than 200k naira onsite when I can get $1k+ remotely He wants what he can't pay for

CONTROVERSIAL NURSERY SCHOOL BOOK: WE WILL REPORT AT ZONE 2 POLICE COMMAND TODAY Following the invitation and harassment of our Client, Mrs. Udoka, Mary Queen, by the Zone 2 Police Command, Onikan, Lagos, it pertinent to disclose that we will be going to the police command today, Thursday, 30th April, 2026. We will be reporting with our Client as law abiding citizens and out of respect for the institution of the @PoliceNG, not because we believe that Mary Queen committed any crime or that there’s a basis for the involvement of the police in this matter. However, we want to be clear that Ayengbe Ebhohimen JB, the author of the textbook, who has instigated the police against our client, will have to justify his actions. We are hoping that the officers at Zone 2 Police Command will be able to explain to us what their business is with this matter. It is also hoped that they will respect the fundamental rights of our Client and keep the interaction professional. Thank you.

On the early hours of Saturday 26 of April 2026 by 2am, my best friend A young graduate who just finished school last year and currently serving his country and was meant to pass out just next month was KILLED BY THE NIGERIAN ARMY. @HQNigerianArmy @PoliceNG_CRU @sowore @PeterObi @officialnyscng @vdmempire @BenHundeyin While at home with his siblings (his parents were away), 3 armed military men forced their way into their house around 2am claiming they were chasing a thief. They encountered him and he locked his door like anyone would do to protect themselves and his siblings because he was the eldest and he has a duty to protect his siblings. they shot through the door multiple times, A bullet hit his head and another hit his stomach. They killed him in his own home. It didn’t end there. They prevented his sister from going to him. They tried to stop her from calling for help and when help finally came, his body was taken away. The soldiers called the local vigilante to come and clean the scene. The scene was cleaned and the house was locked down. No clear answers were given. This happened in Dakwa Abuja, it’s not longer rumors that we aren’t safe, not even in our homes. This was someone’s son. Someone’s brother. Someone’s friend. He was kind. He was good. He had a future. This cannot be swept under the rug. We are demanding accountability. We are demanding answers. We are demanding justice. Please repost. Please speak up. Don’t let this be ignored. Please help me tag the necessary authorities under this post @HQNigerianArmy @PoliceNG @vdmempire #JusticeForAbdulsamad #WhoKilledAbdulsamad #StopKillingNigerians

TROOPS DISMANTLE IPOB/ESN STRONGHOLD, RECOVER SUSPECTED REMAINS OF SLAIN PERSONNEL IN IMO STATE The Nigerian Army has recorded another significant operational success in its sustained efforts to rid the South East of criminal elements, as troops of 82 Division, in conjunction with sister services and other security agencies, successfully dismantled a notorious camp belonging to the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its armed affiliate, the Eastern Security Network (ESN), in Imo State. Acting on intelligence information, the operation, conducted on 24 April 2026 along the Ubaha Orsu axis of Orsu Local Government Area, was part of a deliberate clearance and search mission aimed at dismantling IPOB/ESN hideout within the region and locating the remains of two personnel of the Nigerian Army, Master Warrant Officer Linus Musa Audu and Private Gloria Mathew, who were brutally abducted and murdered by IPOB/ESN terrorists in May 2022 while en route for their traditional wedding. Acting on credible intelligence, troops advanced towards a suspected IPOB/ESN hideout when they came under heavy attack by armed criminals. Demonstrating resilience, the troops decisively engaged the terrorists, successfully repelling multiple ambushes and forcing the criminals to flee in disarray. The encounter further exposed the desperation and criminal nature of the group, which continues to target innocent citizens and security personnel alike. Following the successful clearance of the camp, troops conducted a thorough search of the area and made a grim but important discovery shallow graves suspected to contain the remains of the slain personnel. The graves were carefully excavated and suspected remains were recovered. The recovered remains have since been secured for detailed forensic analysis, including DNA testing, to conclusively establish their identities. Efforts are also ongoing to liaise with the families of the fallen personnel to ensure proper identification and facilitate befitting burial arrangements in honour of their sacrifice. This operation not only underscores the Nigerian Army’s unwavering commitment to ensuring justice for fallen heroes but also highlights the continued degradation of IPOB/ESN criminal networks and infrastructure across the South East. The discovery of shallow graves within their camp further exposes the group’s heinous atrocities and disregard for human life. The Nigerian Army reassures the general public that ongoing operations will continue until all criminal elements are neutralised and lasting peace is restored across the region. We appreciate the Law-abiding citizens for the information and urge you remain vigilant and continue to support security agencies with timely and credible information. The Nigerian Army remains resolute, professional and committed to defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Nigeria.

On Saturday, in the early hours of the morning, my cousin brother who was also my seatmate in senior secondary school was murdered in his own home by five officers of the Nigerian Army. I was one of the first people to respond to the scene, and everything I am about to state is true. The officers arrived at his residence under the guise of a patrol, claiming they suspected a thief was in the compound. One of them scaled the fence over a barbed wire to open the gate for the rest. Once inside, they forcefully attempted to gain access to his room. In doing so, they discharged two shots, one of which was a headshot that pierced through the door and killed him instantly. The evidence at the scene was undeniable three bullet holes(two on the door and the killing shot that went through his head to the wall) and blood splattered across the wall. He was 24 years old, a graduate of Civil Engineering, and full of promise. Three of his siblings were present in the house that night, sleeping upstairs, and they are live witnesses to what happened. After committing this act, the officers called the police themselves, reporting that they had killed someone they had “mistakenly” suspected to be a thief. What followed made matters worse. They tampered with the scene by summoning vigilantes who cleaned up the pool of blood. All pictorial evidence is currently in the possession of the police, who have refused to release the statements of the officers involved, only confirming that the soldiers reported the killing as a mistake. It is a painful and devastating reality that the very people entrusted with our protection are now killing us in the comfort of our own homes. We demand that the @hqnigerianarmy identify and hold these five officers accountable, and that justice be delivered without delay.

The young man in this picture is DĘAD! Until his untimely death, he was a serving NYSC corps member. In his own room at Shagari Quarters, Deidei, Abuja, officers from the @HQNigerianArmy shōt and blew up his hęad claiming it was a “mistake.” Late Samad was not a criminal. He was simply serving his fatherland, only to be murdered by those paid to protect him. We demand that the military hierarchy immediately investigate this incident, punish the officers involved, and ensure his family gets justice! May this not happen to any of us. #JusticeForSamad #NYSC
