COVID UPDATE: All international arrivals entering England must take a day 2 PCR test and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

Lots seem to have been approved that went to the same office for the same service, arriving after mine. Its shocking, there is no fairness involved and clearly no system of first some first served. @HM_Passport

@aoforsyth @andrew2186 @passportwaiting @HM_Passport I am so sorry, that's awdul. We're supposed to be flying 2mrw. Other passport applications sent in after ours have already been approved. Standard answer "can't comment on other cases" but they are also child renewals sent in the same way as ours. Ours hasnt even been looked at.

@HM_Passport Just had to cancel a much needed half term break because my kids' passport renewals are still churning through your very slow system. Watching people tweet approval dates for the same service at the same office for passports received well after mine. Very unjust!!

Feels so unfair, we sent our child's renewal 21st sept, rec'd at Newport on the 25th Sept and it hasn't even been looked at yet. We are supposed to fly in 2 days to c my elderly parents for the 1st time in 2 years. We all paid the same fee

@aoforsyth @aoforsyth Hi, the Flexiplus price you pay is valid for that day only as some dates are charged differently to others. If you are moving to a day which costs more, you pay the extra, and if less, you get you get refunded. Take care ^Jamie

@LeShuttle I’ve just gone onto change it and I’m being told I have to pay £30???! Thought that the point of a flexipass ticket was that you could do what you want?

@aoforsyth @aoforsyth Hi Amanda, Flexiplus tickets are valid for any date and time so you can just arrive if you wish. We do advise amending in advance just to secure the date however it is not necessary. Take care ^Jamie
