I read some go into processing when the new system is inundated so they move to manual processing but what truth is in that I don't know. Everything crossed its approved soon tho

@Kaz051190 @Kirstie15162239 @passportwaiting I would stay with it. Most are processing 21-24 days from docs received date. You have 20+ days to approve and mail and you are probably near the front of the queue.

@passportwaiting just been switched to the emergency system, however funeral date has been pushed forward so i can’t go, will i be sent back to the old system and will it update for another document received and therefore have to wait another 5+ weeks ?
