@neo21670 Az a baj, hogy nem értek ehhez a memória lapozós témához, így elhittem neki amit írt, hogy az egyes sorok mit jelentenek. Javaslatot kb annyit tett, hogy egy 25%-kal emeljem meg az értékeket, az 1/0 settingek úgy jók, ahogy vannak.

stackoverflow.com/a/57718879 - ennek a válasznak a nyomán beraktam az /etc/sysctl.conf-ba egy pár, a defaulttól jelentősen eltérő értéket. Nem tudom mi változott ennyire, de egy nap után még nem akar megpusztulni a gépem, van szabad memóriám és nem swapel megállás nélkül.
