Five observations from the #Bearcats 14th spring practice: 1. Slot receiver Cade Wolford, who averaged 26.8 yards on 19 catches as a redshirt freshman at Kent State, makes plays every day. “He’s a really good practice player like Cyrus Allen was,” said co-OC Pete Thomas. “He’s sweating a ton at the end of practice. I think he’s going to have a really good year for us.”

3. Sophomore Cade Wolford, who earned 3rd-team All-MAC honors at Kent State, is fast and shifty with the ball in his hands. The former high school running back is dangerous on jet sweeps, screen passes, and caught a few intermediate passes as well.
