@Avis I filed a formal complaint with Avis Australia on 17 April having been supplied with a vehicle at Canberra Airport which was in a dangerous condition and should not have been given to a customer. Despite receiving an acknowledgement of my email, I have heard nothing.

@SingaporeAir How to alienate someone from your brand... deny a status qualification extension request asking for an extension of 20 hours... that's 20 hours, not 20 days... Rules are rules, I guess....
