Porting over the character editor to use the same auto-generating UI system as the scenario editor so its easier to update/maintain. Also hooked it up to the campaign so you can edit your crew and it gets saved/loaded.

Generic instanced renderer with frustum culling for generated scattered points. Here I'm just using debug cubes. Next I need to setup the controls for picking objects to render then I can make biome/planet configs.

Got the generic scattering node setup and with ingame ui. This will be used to generate trees/prefabs/details on the map. You can use other scatter layers or masks to as rules for spawning on that point. For example you might not want trees to spawn within 5 meters of rocks.

Fixed the skybox and atmosphere setup. No longer using a weird dome so now celestial bodies are always correctly blended into the atmosphere based on their position in the sky.

@apoc_dev could this be useful for terrain destruction from artillery perhaps? Or alien worlds shifting and moving as if alive? Maybe even volcano eruptions for some real dramatic end of campaign scenario. Damn feature creep.
