@BritishGas I have fitted solar panels in August and need the 2nd gen smart meter to get paid for SEG. I have called, complained and nothing. Just complaints closed and nothing !!! @BBCWatchdog

On 1 Oct most energy bills'll rise an avg 27% under the new price guarantee. Yet all homes get £400 back, with that it's an avg 6.5% rise (less for low users, more for high). @credland_nicki I can’t believe that they’re actually going to bring it back it’s insulting. Many people that do it don’t abide by the rules. They cheer us when things are bad and slag us off when things get better without so much as a penny for everyone’s efforts. Rant over. Oh how lovely!🙄😂

@aprilsjay Hi April, I apologise about this. However, due to GDPR reasons we would need to speak directly to the lead passenger on the booking. If you could get the lead to call our contact center on 0203 451 2688 and to follow the options for booked in store. Hope this helps. ^Toni
