Hi @FlySWISS I have 2 missing luggage since 10th Sept and the website you’ve provided to change my address for delivery is not working and no one has been updating/contacting me on the status of my luggage. Can anyone update me regarding this matter?

My luggage at this point can’t still be located. How crazy and weird is that and I’m flying back home soon!! So clueless on what to do now!! @FlySWISS I hope you can help on this, I’ve been coordinating w you since day 1 and so many important things are inside my case 😭😭

Hi @FlySWISS I keep on calling your hotline and checking my online report for any status but this is unacceptable that you cannot even trace where my 2 luggage are!!! It has been 4 days already!!! I hope you can act on this and maybe just find the location on where it could be!!
