A 481% increase in business rates, from £111,000 to £645,000 a year. Hearing this from Kevin Martin, Managing Director of MML Leisure, shows the reality facing hospitality. These are the kinds of costs that make it harder for businesses to keep going.

The SNP have increased business rates by an average of 12.6% this year. Some businesses have seen an increase even larger, including one bar in Glasgow going from £111,000 to £645,000. How are small and medium businesses supposed to survive in this environment? Only a vote for #ReformUK and @Malcolm_Offord on May 7 can stop this madness.

In a country as wealthy as Scotland, nobody should be struggling to make ends meet. While the UK Labour government sits on its hands, the SNP will always act to help people with the cost of living using all powers we have - including capping bus fares and essential food prices.
