PNR: 6345885651 travelling from JSG to NITR. During the course of travel my bag got exchanged and i doubt with Seat no. 37, 38 might have got confused as their bag and took away.
Need Help to resolve the issue.

And the paid Waiting hall is more than full.

@dominos_india @dominos Asansol Sentrum Store Manager agrees the Order was taken on 19:52 and delivered at 21:30, that too cold items. But then too there is no refund/compensation for late/cold order.
Need total refund and action on store manager for false commitments.
