Joe is absolutely right. Theo might be correct, but emotional rants like this are a sure sign of unstableness. His cortisol levels are chronically elevated because of a hyper-fixation on something out of his control. This is self-destructive and almost certainly a coping mechanism. I believe Theo has a good heart, but it’s not healthy or productive to live like this. Joe is a good friend for acknowledging this.
