@AxisBankSupport I have been given a new card and without my consent joining fee is charged. when I said, I don’t need the new card, the support says I can’t downgrade and have to take the new card even if I have not activated it! Need help to resolve this. This is not right!

Pathetic experience right now at T3 IGI airport with my wife and wheelchair user son by @AirIndiaX who are claiming that they don’t have a wheelchair cover to transport the wheelchair, which is something all airlines have and should be standard for all. @AirIndiaX is no exception

Is it not the responsibility of the airline? I told her It is his lifestyle. will also thank the team who gave us front row seats @AirIndiaX #pwd

@DrSJaishankar, you say Japan visa is now simple to get, takes 5 days, it’s e-visa, we decide to go & while you fill application online, still need to submit at VFS which has no appt. slots! it is still difficult to visit @Japan as an Indian passport holder! What has become easy?
