Jaipur > Chanchal, the elephant who was painted pink for a photoshoot by Julia Buruleva, has died. > The shoot featured Instagram model Yashasvi. > She went viral last week, and many animal welfare groups raised concern. > The president of the local elephant committee said Chanchal was 70 and died of natural causes. However, the timing of her death raises concern. Also, what's the need to wear a bikini and sit on an elephant by painting her pink? They can take beautiful pics, but what can we expect from influencers.

I’ve been to Japan twice now. Every time I come back, I notice things about India that I can’t unsee. 4 things I wish we had: 1. It’s quiet there. Like actually quiet. Trains are silent. Restaurants are calm. Nobody’s on speaker in public. Nobody’s honking. Your brain gets a break. 2.Self-care isn’t gendered. Men do skincare. Men groom. Men eat well. Men dress well. Nobody laughs. Nobody calls it “girly.” It’s just what people do. 3.Vending machines everywhere- water, green tea, coffee, matcha, zero-sugar options, electrolytes, BCAAs, protein drinks. Train stations have stairs everyone actually uses. Walking is built into daily life. You can’t avoid it even if you try. 4.They eat until 80% full. There’s a phrase for it - hara hachi bu. Not a diet trend. Not a hack. Just how they’ve eaten for centuries. Food is fuel. You eat. You stop. By now I have made it obvious - I love Japan because something about the way people carry themselves there makes me want to be better.

Saurav Joshi’s sister-in-law turned out to be very smart. She was already seen in his vlogs, so people knew her. Later, she started her own YouTube channel. But instead of making vlogs, she chose to teach Commerce. And with just 5 videos, she gained around 82K subscribers. She clearly understands the strategy. Today, education is one of the biggest online businesses — you can see that from Alakh Pandey’s success. She is using the same audience that made Saurav popular to build her own strong base. So in the future, she could even create a big educational platform or institute.

Last season I thought Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was getting hyped way too early. An old-school cricketer, I believe there should be no haste in fast-tracking young players. But a year later, I think he is ready to graduate to the next level. The 15 year boy can entertain and play match-winning knocks.

Given how highly flammable aviation fuel is, smoking on the tarmac is a massive safety risk. Why did the CISF personnel stand by as mute spectators instead of intervening?

Shocking & utterly disgraceful behaviour by this passenger. Instead of handling a simple disagreement like a civilised person, he loses complete control and blows cigarette smoke straight into the face of airline staff. This is not just rude, it's dangerous, disrespectful, and a serious safety hazard at the airport. Such entitled behaviour cannot be tolerated. Strict action must be taken against such passengers to protect our frontline aviation workers. Zero tolerance for hooliganism.

Lack of Civic sense is mainly why no one wants Indian tourists in their country > Smoking after being requested to not to > Smoked literally in the face of the airport staff > When confronted, started showing-off his salary > Acting as if he owns airport

A disturbing video circulating on social media has triggered widespread criticism after a passenger was seen smoking openly on an airport tarmac and behaving aggressively toward aviation staff. The clip, now widely shared online, shows ground personnel repeatedly informing the man that smoking was strictly prohibited in the area. However, he allegedly ignored the warnings and continued smoking. In the viral footage, the situation quickly escalates when the passenger confronts airport employees who attempted to enforce safety rules. The man is seen questioning staff members and demanding proof of a no-smoking regulation, repeatedly asking, “Show me where’s the no-smoking rule?” Moments later, he reportedly blows cigarette smoke toward a staff member and challenges officials to step outside, displaying aggressive and confrontational behaviour. Airport personnel appear visibly uncomfortable as they try to calm the situation without further escalation. The individual in the video has been identified as Utkarsh Gautam. The incident gained massive attention after aviation-focused Instagram page Aviation News shared the footage, describing it as a shocking case of a passenger losing control and creating an unsafe environment for airline staff. The post quickly attracted thousands of reactions, with viewers expressing anger over the apparent disregard for airport safety norms. Social media users strongly criticised the behaviour, highlighting the seriousness of security protocols at airports.

The Kempegowda International Airport police have arrested a man for making false allegations against them on social media. Utkarsh Gautam was initially arrested for allegedly consuming liquor on an IndiGo flight from Jaipur and attempting to open the safety door mid-air. He had also allegedly abused and threatened the cabin crew. The IndiGo Airlines staff had filed a complaint, and the police had initially registered an Non-Cognisable Report (NCR) and released Utkarsh. However, he later posted a false and derogatory message on Instagram, claiming that the police had detained him unnecessarily. The police have now taken suo motu cognizance and arrested Utkarsh for making false allegations.
